Due to the nature of our products and services, we will not be accepting ANY returns or exchanges.
We do not offer ANY type of refund or discount due to shipping delays or damages. Once a product is shipped, we are no longer responsible for any delays or damages from USPS.
ALL SALES, INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS, DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, EVENTS, & SERVICES ARE FINAL SALE!
In the event there is an error on our behalf, you have 48 HOURS from date of delivery to contact us about any issue with the product and service. We will do everything in our ability to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
For virtual or in-person event purchases, if you are not able to attend, you can transfer your attendance to another person in writing to info@gobravellc.com no later than 72 hours prior to the event.
